GPS tracking is an optional feature used only to track speed, distance, and time for training purposes. The app does not use or display maps or broader location services and does not store route maps. Any performance data collected through this feature is processed under the same privacy and data retention rules described in this policy. Integration of this tool is designed solely to enhance your fitness metrics, adhering to strict data minimization where only numeric results are captured. We utilize enterprise-grade encryption to ensure that all training results remain strictly confidential and protected against external access.
Information Retention: We curate and store the physical and cognitive performance records required to facilitate your military career advancement. These data sets are permanently deleted or anonymized following 24 months of inactivity, unless legal mandates require extended storage. All users possess the right to request the immediate removal of their profiles in accordance with data protection statutes. While athletes' performance stats and optional GPS results are stored securely, they are never traded or disclosed to third-party marketers. We maintain a robust compliance framework to protect younger applicants and ensure every update to our software reflects current global privacy standards and veteran-led integrity.
